Terms and Conditions of purchase.
Conditions of Purchase:
All goods remain the property of Muse Bridal until full payment is received.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing your order with Muse Bridal.
All dresses sold in Muse Bridal are NOT made to measure dresses and are made to each individual designers generic size chart. At the time of order your measurements are taken and we will match your closest size to the generic size chart and confirm your size with you prior to ordering. This means additional alterations may be required once your dress arrives and will be at the customers own expense.
Any monies paid and due under this purchase are not refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer and will be retained by Muse Bridal to offset the costs and losses arising as a result of cancellation. Muse Bridal does not give any refunds, exchanges or credit notes for any reason including change of mind, cancellation of the wedding or postponement of the wedding. Any costs incurred from action instigated to recover outstanding monies will be charged to the customer.
Receipt of payment or signature signifies your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
Muse Bridal will not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by any reason of delay in performance or failure to perform it’s obligations in relations to goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Muse Bridal’s control. Including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing: Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, act of God, war or threat of war, breakdown in machinery, strikes, lockouts, other industrial action or trade disputes weather involving Muse Bridal’s employees or a third party.
The conditions above do not affect your statutory or common law rights as a consumer.
We estimate between 7 - 10 months for completion of your order however this may vary slightly between designers. We will keep you updated with your estimated arrival date
We require you to collect your dress within 14 days of notification of arrival. Any additional time spent holding onto a dress in studio may incur a storage fee.
Sample Sale Conditions of Purhase:
SAMPLE & SALE gowns are sold as seen. SAMPLE & SALE gowns are classed as secondhand gowns, they are not new and have been used. They have been tried on in the boutique and/ or been on photo shoots and/ or used at events. All sales are final. All alterations and dry cleaning costs are not included on sale/ sample gowns.
